		<description>Thanks Greg and Danny. I already had all the updates, and I do have that plugin, but it was set for once a week so I still lost some content. I haven&#039;t seen any suspicious activity since, so hopefully it was just a fluke.</description>

		<description>Megan, make sure you have the WP database backup plugin installed. It grabs your whole WordPress database and e-mails it to you at whatever interval you like. That way, if your site does get hacked, you&#039;ve got a regular backup safe and sound.</description>
