Pathetic in both cases. A superlatively mediocre leadup to a barely-contextualized and poorly-worded tirade. Much like his life, evidently. A thin textual veneer over a blatant fantasy of crude expression. Weak delivery aside, his shallowness is evidenced in what seems to be an inability to craft a text that displays more than his own private tantrums. No distancing, no rendering, no inlay. I think it's no coincidence that such an infantile, unsophisticated killer was equally fumbling and mediocre in his authorship.
