Driving a moving truck is never a terribly entertaining deal, but much less so when your cat is determined to scream as loud as possible in concurrence with your own discomfort.
Florida is way too long a trip to see the same things over and over. Get one state north, and new problems arise. It doesn’t matter how many times I go there, it always slips the mind that every road is under permanent construction. This is particularly bad in my vehicle – an extra 5,000 pounds makes those choppy-pavement bumps far more notable.
Yet, I cannot comment negatively. The task is done: Florida is in the rear view mirror, and the city is growing large in the window.
