I took this photo at the University of Florida in the Plaza of the Americas at 7 a.m. Any guesses as to what it is?

Looks like it could be the beginning of a concession stand or something? Is there an event being held in that area soon?
Other than that, my best guess is one of those structures the fire dept. builds to show how quickly rooms can go up in flames. (At least, they did those demonstrations at my university a few times a year.)
